What's the difference between internal and external users?
Internal users are employees or staff within your organization — add as many as you need at no extra cost. External collaborators are third parties (contractors, vendors, inspectors, clients) invited to collaborate on specific projects. External collaboration is designed for project-based work and subject to fair use limits.
What does "fair use" mean for external collaborators?
Fair use means using external collaboration for its intended purpose — inviting vendors, contractors, and clients to work on specific projects. If you need to manage hundreds of external users (like tenants or a vendor network), we have specialized packages for that. Our team will reach out if we notice unusual patterns to help you find the right solution.
What counts as an "active project"?
Active projects are any projects not marked as "Archived" or "Completed." Archive finished projects anytime to free up your limit. Only active projects count toward your plan limit.
What happens if I exceed my project limit?
You have two options: upgrade to the next tier, or pay $3 per extra project per month. We'll notify you when approaching your limit and suggest upgrading when it makes financial sense. For example, if you're on Growth ($250) with 255 projects, you'd pay $250 + (5 × $3) = $265/month.
How does per-transaction pricing work?
Per-transaction fees are charged only when a service is used — for example, when an inspection report is generated, a draw workflow is completed, or a check-in is recorded. There are no minimums and no monthly commitments on transactions. On the free tier, per-transaction pricing applies to every feature so you can try the platform without a subscription.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate your first month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! All tiers are available with annual billing at 20% off. For example: Growth is $2,400/year (save $600), Scale is $4,800/year (save $1,200).
What if I need more storage?
Additional storage is available: +50GB for $25/month or +250GB for $100/month. Enterprise plans include custom storage allocations.
What's the difference between free training and paid onboarding?
The free 60-minute kickoff (included with Growth+) is guidance — we show you best practices, answer questions, and help you plan your setup. You do the execution. Accelerated Onboarding ($1,500+) is execution — we configure your account, import your data, set up workflows, and train your team. Most teams succeed with self-serve + kickoff. Consider paid onboarding if you have 25+ projects, complex imports, or need to be live in days instead of weeks.

Enterprise plans (starting at $2,500/month) include unlimited projects, white labeling, API access, SSO/SAML, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, and dedicated support. All features are included. Contact us for custom pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. The Getting Started plan is free forever (no trial needed). Note: Live training sessions are scheduled after you convert to a paid plan — during your trial, you have full access to our Help Center and in-app walkthroughs.
