How to Use Check Ins

Document a property visit from your phone with verified location, photos, and notes captured in one place. This page is built to be shared directly with your customers, vendors, and field teams.

Location verified

Confirm the visit is tied to the right property before photos and notes are submitted.

Mobile-first capture

Add multiple items, photos, and comments from the field in a single Check In.

Before you begin

Download the Project Centerline mobile app

Grab the app for your device, then sign in to see your assigned properties and start submitting Check Ins from the field.

Step by step

Completing a Check In

1

Open the app and select your project

From your project list, choose the property you're visiting. On that property's card, tap Check In to begin.

2

Let your location verify, then start capturing

When the Check In loads, your location is automatically verified for the property. From there, begin taking photos and adding notes for what you're documenting.

3

Add as many items as you need

Group photos and notes by area or task, for example Exterior, Roof, or a specific unit, so one Check In can capture everything. To document another area, tap + Add Another Item.

A single visit can hold multiple items, so you don't need a separate Check In for each area.

Complete your Check In

Once you've captured everything, tap the green Complete Check In button to submit. Your photos, notes, and verified location are saved to the project automatically.

That's it. You're checked in.

Everything you captured is now attached to the property and visible to your team in Project Centerline.
